Seminar Refund Policy

CAREFULLY read the entire seminar and refund policy:

MIND VIRUS strictly prohibits the use of audio recording devices (stand-alone or laptop recording devices) and/or video recording devices (video cameras, digital cameras with camcorder function, mobile telephones with camcorder function) during any part of our presentations.

MIND VIRUS will immediately remove any person or persons suspected of recording without any refund of seminar fees and related expenses.

MIND VIRUS reserves the right to deny admission to anyone who we believe will detract from the success of any of our seminars. MIND VIRUS reserves the right to remove anyone whose conduct we believe may detract from the success of any of our seminars.

Under no circumstances will MIND VIRUS allow walk-ins at any of our seminars. If you are not scheduled by the specific cut-off date for a particular event, you will not be attending the seminar. MIND VIRUS will not be held responsible for any fees incurred relating to cancellations due to serious weather or acts of god. In the event that MIND VIRUS must cancel a seminar, the seminar fee will be refunded in full. MIND VIRUS will not compensate attendees for travel-related expenses (flight, hotel, car rental, etc.).

MIND VIRUS reserves the right to amend our seminar policy as it sees fit. All attendees registered for upcoming seminars will be notified in the case that this agreement is modified.
Registration (electronically, telephone, or mail) will indicate your agreement with the policies set forth by MIND VIRUS.

SEMINAR CANCELLATION POLICY:
 

MIND VIRUS reserves the right to cancel ANY seminar, up to 30 days prior to the event, if there is an insufficient number of registratants required for MIND VIRUS to successfully conduct the seminar. In the event a seminar is cancelled, attendees will receive a full refund of their seminar registration. MIND VIRUS will not be responsible for any losses related to travel, lodging, rental cars, or any other expenses related to the seminar.

REFUND POLICY:
 

100% Refunded IF a refund request made by 6:00 PM CST 45 DAYS PRIOR
TO THE FIRST DAY OF THE SEMINAR FOR WHICH YOU ARE REGISTERED.

50% Refunded IF a refund request made by 6:00 PM CST 30 DAYS PRIOR
TO THE FIRST DAY OF THE SEMINAR FOR WHICH YOU ARE REGISTERED.

25% Refunded IF a refund request made by 6:00 PM CST 10 DAYS PRIOR
TO THE FIRST DAY OF THE SEMINAR FOR WHICH YOU ARE REGISTERED.

0% Refunded IF a refund request made LESS THAN 10 DAYS PRIOR
TO THE FIRST DAY OF THE SEMINAR FOR WHICH YOU ARE REGISTERED.
